"* Section 1. AS 11.66.100 is amended by adding a new subsection                                                              
to read:                                                                                                                        
          (e)  In a prosecution under (a)(1) of this section, it is an                                                          
     affirmative defense that, at the time of the alleged offense, the                                                          
     defendant was induced or caused to engage in prostitution by a                                                             
     person who was, in relation to the defendant, engaged in conduct
